What we collect

• Email and region when you join the free list, plus the page and campaign that brought you.
• Billing details when you become a Pro member. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Usage data through analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location), used to improve the site.

How we use it

To send the lists and emails you asked for, run your membership, answer your messages and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product for us: Stripe (payments), Kit (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

About the businesses we list

Listings come from public records, chiefly New York State Liquor Authority applications and New York City health inspections. If a listing about your business is wrong, use the contact form and we will correct it.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information through the contact form, and you can cancel a membership at any time.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep checkout and sign-in working and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

Children

New York New Openings is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
